This month, SO SUSHI had the pleasure of catering authentic Japanese cuisine for the launch of the “Indo He Yokoso” report hosted at Grand Thornton’s Aerocity office in New Delhi.

The event brought together a distinguished mix of guests, including many from the Japanese community, for an evening that celebrated cross-cultural collaboration and fine dining.

Led by Chef Hattori, a master Japanese chef with over 37 years of culinary experience, SO SUSHI curated a special catering menu that blended tradition, balance, and artistry.

Guests enjoyed a variety of dishes ranging from assorted appetizers and signature sushi rolls to beautifully crafted salmon nigiri — each made with precision and freshness that reflected true Japanese craftsmanship.

To complement the menu, Cold Tanuki soba noodles were also served — a refreshing and light dish that delighted both Japanese and Indian attendees alike. The thoughtful menu, accommodating both vegetarian and non-vegetarian preferences, received heartfelt appreciation from all guests.

The event was not only a showcase of SO SUSHI’s culinary excellence but also a celebration of how Japanese food in Delhi continues to bring people together across cultures and tastes.
