Chef Ren Narita brings his passion for traditional Japanese cuisine to India. With deep respect for the culinary arts of Japan, Chef Narita creates exquisite dishes that reflect the simplicity and precision of Japanese cooking.

His journey in India is driven by a desire to introduce locals to the rich heritage of sushi, sashimi, and other classic dishes while ensuring every meal carries the true essence of Japan.

Through dedication and craftsmanship, Chef Narita is bridging cultural boundaries, offering Indian food enthusiasts a genuine taste of Japan's culinary traditions.

Complementing Chef Narita's vision is Master Chef Tetsuya Hattori, a culinary virtuoso with over 37 years of Japanese gastronomy excellence. Chef Hattori honed his skills at Japan's prestigious Nadaman restaurant and the renowned Imperial Hotel in Tokyo, where he prepared exquisite meals for royalty and world leaders. Throughout his distinguished career, he has crafted more than 3,000 distinct dishes, delighted over 6 million guests, and delivered more than 11,000 culinary events. Chef Hattori brings this wealth of experience and traditional expertise to SO SUSHI, ensuring an authentic Japanese dining experience of the highest caliber.

Our team is further strengthened by local chefs who each bring more than 10 years of specialized training in Japanese cuisine.
