In July, SO SUSHI brought a taste of Japan to the prestigious DLF Golf Country Club with an exclusive three-day Japanese food pop-up held on July 25th, 26th, and 27th. The event, a collaboration between SO SUSHI and renowned Japanese Chef Hattori, offered guests an unforgettable culinary journey through Japan — right in the heart of Gurgaon, Delhi NCR.
Chef Hattori, who has over 37 years of experience in Japanese cuisine and has worked in some of Japan’s top restaurants, curated a special menu blending authentic Japanese dishes with Indian-inspired fusion creations.
From beautifully crafted fusion sushi rolls loved by Indian guests to traditional delights like nigiri sushi, chicken katsu, and kakiage soba, every dish reflected Chef Hattori’s signature attention to detail and passion for Japanese flavors.
Throughout the three-day event, the club’s members and their guests were captivated by the perfect harmony of presentation, freshness, and taste — a true celebration of Japanese gastronomy. The pop-up wasn’t just about food; it was a cultural experience showcasing the elegance, simplicity, and precision that define Japan’s culinary tradition.
This event marked another successful milestone for SO SUSHI, which continues to pioneer the Japanese food scene in Delhi NCR, offering both traditional and contemporary Japanese dining experiences.
