Held a 4-day Japanese Food Collaboration at The Pavilion restaurant, located within the prestigious DLF Golf Club & Resort.
Our So Sushi team worked closely with The Pavilion to deliver an extensive range of authentic Japanese cuisine, featuring premium chicken and salmon dishes alongside specially crafted vegan Japanese options. This collaboration successfully brought our authentic Japanese culinary experience to numerous guests at this historic and esteemed golf club, showcasing the versatility and artistry of traditional Japanese cuisine.
Raen – The Chef’s Studio at The Leela Hyderabad
Held a 7-day Japanese Food Festival at Raen Restaurant – The Chef’s Studio at The Leela Palace Hyderabad.
Chefs Hattori and Narita collaborated closely with the Raen Restaurant team to curate and serve an authentic Japanese à la carte menu, from starters to desserts. The event was a great success, delighting guests in Hyderabad with a true taste of Japan’s culinary artistry.

So Sushi successfully brought authentic Japanese cuisine to Bhopal at the prestigious TAO restaurant, located within the historic Jehan Numa Palace Hotel.

An exquisite full-course Japanese dining experience was brought to the dinner table at Taj Udaipur under the skillful direction of Chef Hattori. The menu showcased a diverse array of authentic Japanese cuisine, including masterfully prepared teppanyaki, savory okonomiyaki, delicate tempura, and artisanal sushi, offering guests an immersive journey through Japan's rich culinary heritage in the magnificent setting of Udaipur.
